Historians have found relics of bowls that were used as far back at the Bronze Ages, Ancient Greece and the Neolithic Period. In fact, the oldest bowl found was 18,000 years old. That is a lot of soup. In short, bowls have been our favourite way to serve up dishes throughout the ages. It is only natural then that if you want to throw a party that shapes history you should opt for bowl food catering.
Bowl food catering is an increasingly popular choice for guests hosting networking events and drinks receptions. A bowl food menu is more social than a sit-down meal. Bowl food dishes can be sweet or savoury, and offer a more substantial alternative to canapés that still enables guests to mingle and network without being pinned to a particular seat.
